Bearings are the core transmission and support components of LNG pumps. They are adapted to the requirements of low temperature (-162℃), cryogenic medium immersion, and high speed. They are mainly used to support the pump's rotor shaft system, accurately position the rotor's radial and axial positions, suppress operating vibration, and reduce shaft friction loss. At the same time, they must have excellent low temperature toughness, resistance to cold shrinkage deformation, and resistance to LNG medium corrosion to ensure that the pump can operate stably at high speed, for long periods, and without leakage under cryogenic conditions. They are the key basic components for LNG pumps to realize medium transportation.
